the trick is to use the end of your hand (pinky side) as the fulcrum and to peel in a curved motion rather than straight back
so, keep your hand in contact with the cup rather than in the air
this way, force applied is maximized while being evenly distributed throughout the motion, instead of storing the energy in the adhesive for an explosive motion hahahahaha
